# Receive

> Deposit crypto into your Dexari accounts from an external wallet or exchange

Receive funds into your Dexari accounts by selecting the asset and chain you want to use.

## Receive with crypto (onchain)

    This shows your address and supported assets for that account.

  <Step title="Select asset and chain">
    Choose carefully:

    * Wallet: HyperEVM, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Ethereum
    * Perps or Spot: HyperCore
    * Spot (via HyperUnit): also supports Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana (selected assets only)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy address or scan QR code">
    Share this with the sender from your external wallet or exchange.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send from your external wallet or exchange">
    Double-check the address, chain, and asset before sending.
  </Step>

  Do not send unsupported assets or to the wrong chain. Doing so may result in permanent loss of funds.\
  When depositing to the **Spot account via HyperUnit**, certain assets have minimum deposit requirements, fees, and chain restrictions. Unsupported tokens or deposits below the minimum may not be credited.

  Some key HyperUnit rules for Spot deposits:

  * **Minimum deposit amounts** apply depending on chain and asset (e.g. \~0.05 ETH on Ethereum, 0.2 SOL on Solana, or token-specific minimums like 1,000,000 BONK).
  * **Not all assets are supported** on Ethereum and Solana; only select tokens are enabled.
  * The app will always display supported assets, minimums, and fees before generating a deposit address.
  * Bitcoin Spot deposits are supported, but network fees may vary.

## Troubleshooting & support

* **Funds not showing?** Confirm you selected the correct chain and asset, and that the deposit met the minimum.
* **Transaction pending?** Check the relevant chain explorer for confirmations.
* **Deposit failed or unsupported asset sent?** These may not be recoverable. Contact Dexari Support for guidance.
