Deposit with crypto (onchain)

Open your Dexari Wallet and tap 'Receive'

This shows your wallet address and supported assets.

Select the asset and chain

Make sure you choose the correct network (e.g., Ethereum, Arbitrum).

Copy your address or scan the QR code

Use this address in your external wallet or exchange.

Send from your external wallet or exchange

Double-check the address and network before sending.
Only send supported assets to the correct chain address. Sending unsupported assets may result in loss of funds.

Tap 'Deposit' in your Dexari Wallet

Start the deposit process from the Wallet tab.

Enter the amount and select your payment method

The app will suggest the best method for your region.

Complete the MoonPay flow

You may need to complete KYC with MoonPay. Dexari never sees or stores your KYC data.

Confirm and receive

Your crypto will be delivered directly to your Wallet.
KYC is handled by MoonPay. Dexari never sees or stores your personal information.
EU, UK, and Canada are not currently supported for deposits via MoonPay on Dexari. We’re working to expand access.

Troubleshooting & support

  • Deposit didn’t arrive? For crypto, check network status and confirmations. For payment methods, check your email for MoonPay updates. Still stuck? Contact Dexari Support or MoonPay Support.
  • Can’t see my payment method? Not all methods are available in every region. See MoonPay’s list.
  • KYC failed? All KYC is handled by MoonPay. If you have issues, contact MoonPay Support directly.
